New York Times Covers the FunkyFresh Project

New York times mentions Center for Urban Pedagogy‘s Funky Fresh Urban investigation and the book we designed in collaboration with them, alongside other great projects and investigations into food systems, food deserts, and the importance of questioning where our food comes from. Lots of great food resources sprinkled throughout the piece, including a shoutout to Project H’s work in Bertie County, which you can read more about here (http://www.edutopia.org/blog/design-build-curriculum-pbl-suzie-boss).
