SAGE //Sustainable Agriculture Entrepreneurs
We are always so pumped to see good people coming together to do awesome things – especially when we know them. Check out this start-up community agriculture project — SAGE– by Cullen Naumoff, Kelly Crane, and Tighe Bullock, brought to our very own
West Side neighborhood to push more local food production in West Virginia communities. Per the article: “Underscoring this whole initiative is this staggering statistic: The food economy in West Virginia is worth $7 billion, of which West Virginians’ market share is $6 million. There are two ways to look at that: We’re struggling. But oh my word, there’s so much opportunity.” We can’t wait to work with them on their identity design and packaging for their first season of local goods!
